She followed up the picture post with a long write-up praising the mother of five for her resilience and dedication in bouncing back to finish her course.
Part of her write-up read:
"Today is a significant milestone in your educational journey as you graduate with a bachelor’s degree. I am extremely proud of you and the dedication you have shown. Education is truly a powerful force, and you have fully embraced its potential. You have always believed in the transformative power of personal growth. I remember “Toto 649,” aah! That is what today means, and you know how hilarious it was. Esther, it’s time to celebrate. It’s your day, Toto. It’s your day, Mamanaa. It’s your day “Do me I do You,” not just for yourself but for all of us who have witnessed your journey."
Akothee thanks Omosh for helping her study
Elsewhere, the musician thanked her estranged husband, Omosh, noting that he had helped her with her journey to graduation.
Akothee revealed that when she met her ex, they moved to the village, and that gave her a conducive environment to study.
"Having met my ex-husband helped me finalise my degree. With that, I gave him applause because when we settled in the village, I was very calm, and I could embark on my studies. Babe, I went into a classroom without a mwakenya and everything was flowing because my emotions were arrested. I was okay, and I was happy," she said.
