David Odhiambo Muga achieved a remarkable score of 399 marks in his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE), earning a coveted spot at Maseno School.
However, the journey to his secondary education faced uncertainty because of financial constraints.

"Muga took to the internet, posting an appeal for support from well-wishers and sponsors to fund his education. This appeal captured the attention of Owalo, who reached out to the family. A previous alumnus of Maseno School, Owalo assisted young Odhiambo in pursuing his dreams paying Muga’s Form 1 fees in full," part of the caption read.
The amount covers school fees, development fees, and parental support to the child of KSh 2,000 per term, uniform, games kits, mattress, and other consumables.
A kind-hearted Owalo promised to pay Odhiambo's school fees until he clears his secondary education.
He also gifted Odhiambo's mother KSh 50,000 capital investment to start a business to help her care for her family.
