Comedian Eric Omondi has shared how he spent Christmas Day with women prisoners at Kodiaga Women's Prison in Kisumu county.

Omondi is passionate about the Sisi Kwa Sisi movement.

In a video shared on Instagram, Omondi was seen gifting goats to the prisoners, who were delighted by his presence.

Apart from gifting them a goat, the comedian who started the Sisi Kwa Sisi Movement to help the less fortunate cooked chapatis for them and was also seen cooling more food in a large pot.

"Had an amazing time today sharing Christmas with these lovely ladies at Kodiaga Women's Prison in Kisumu. Christmas is a time to share; please share whatever little with those around you," said Omondi.

Omondi pays fine for lady who was jailed for shouting

In another story, Eric Omondi went to Lang'ata Women's Prison to pay for Joyce Naserian KSh 10,000 fine.

Naserian was sentenced to three months in jail on February 9, after failing to pay the fine after being arrested for shouting in town.

After paying the fine, the saleslady was released, and she thanked the comedian for rescuing her.
