Eldoret - A youthful doctor identified as Amos Barsang Kiplimo, who was reported missing a day ago, has been found dead.
When was Amos Kiplimo last seen?
Kiplimo was seen on Thursday, December 28, in Eldoret CBD near the MKU building, wearing black sweatpants, grey sports shoes, and a grey or black sweater.

Twelve hours after he was reported missing, his lifeless body was found in Uasin Gishu county, along the Eldoret-Kisumu road.
Lemiso Media House shared the sad news on Facebook, but the cause of his death is yet to be known.
"Remember we shared yesterday about his missing after the concern of the family, some were too quick to say that it was too early to raise alarm since it was only 12-hrs since he was last seen. Well, Dr. Amos Barsang was later to be found dead. Sincere sympathies to the family, friends and colleagues," Lemiso said.
How a missing Nandi doctor died
Elsewhere, a Nandi doctor whose family reported him to be missing was found dead.
Caleb Tanui, a gynaecologist by specialisation, was found decomposing in a swamp near the Kingwal River.
This followed a search that was mounted by his family and the local police officers after a fortnight.
Preliminary assessments by the police failed to point to foul play, as they suspect he drowned while attempting to cross the river.
According to Nation, the post-mortem exam did not show signs of injury or assault on the body.
Nandi central police boss Doris Chemosi stated that they had collected the body and sent more samples to an advanced government facility for further investigation.
