Comedian Mulamwah's grandmother has urged his pregnant girlfriend, Ruth K, to leave the bustling city life and embrace the tranquillity of the village until she gives birth.
Ruth K, who has been in the limelight since her relationship with the humorist became public, is expecting her first child with Mulamwah.
The two continue to call themselves "besties" (just friends) despite having the pregnancy photoshoot together.

In a humorous video posted by Ruth K, the comedian's grandma calls out for the young woman to stop sticking with the pregnancy in Nairobi.

She believes that the serene atmosphere of the village would be more conducive to Ruth K's well-being during the journey.
"Let her stay with me for a few months, then leave after she delivers," the granny stated, adding that the expectant woman only visited her once and has never been seen again.
The comedian, whose real name is David Oyando, seemed to agree with the granny's sentiments and promised to pass the message.
Before the video ended, the grandma prayed and asked God to open ways for her granddaughter-in-law.

Ruth K's life has been upward since she got into a relationship with Mulamwah, which was touted as a friendship.
The two create content together, and she has been seen several times supervising construction works at Mulamwah's colossal mansion.
She also had a traditional wedding ceremony (which her man downplayed as another family gathering). She recently graduated from the University of Eldoret with a Bachelor's degree in Home Science and Technology.
It remains to be seen whether Ruth K will heed the elderly woman's advice and temporarily relocate to the village.
