Salvation Healing Ministry lead Pastor Victor Kanyari has called out individuals blaming his slain sister, Starlet Wahu's, lifestyle and linking it to her brutal killing.
Starlet Wahu's killing
Starlet was brutally killed in an Airbnb apartment in the South B area by a man who, together, had booked a room on the night of Wednesday, January 3.

News about Wahu's death broke on the morning of Thursday, January 4.
Police indicated that she had been stabbed in the head and a vital vein on her thigh cut after her alleged assailant, John Matara, stabbed her with a knife.
In a candid conversation with his congregants, Kanyari said that his sister's death was a heavy blow to his family, especially their mother, Prophetess Lucy Nduta, and called on Kenyans on social media to stop judging the dead harshly.
Victor Kanyari speaks about Starlet Wahu's lifestyle
"My sister was single, and there was nothing wrong with her looking for a man like any other person would look for love. She met with him on social media, and they fell in love. We see that there were HIV test kits in the room, which means she did not trust the man.
"There were also bottles of alcohol in the room, which means they also drank. There is nothing wrong with her drinking because she was not a born-again Christian. It is me who is born again, not her. It would make sense to raise concern if it was me who was caught drinking because I am a pastor, but my sister was not born again," the pastor told his congregation.
The controversial cleric who confessed to beating a man who broke his expensive TV set said that he asked the family to bury Wahu in the shortest time possible to avoid more "shameful" and hurtful feedback from the public.
He complained that his name was being mentioned in every report about his slain sister.
