Philanthropic cop Sammy Ngare has called out people looking down on their colleagues who do not own a lot of expensive possessions like them.
Sammy says some people take shortcuts
According to Ngare when colleagues get their salaries, some start looking at what others have achieved and start mocking them.
In an interview with TUKO.co.ke, Ngare said he has seen colleagues complaining about fellow employees who live better lives than them.

"People complain that they were employed on the same day but others are living better lives than them. This makes some of them think of looking for money through shortcuts," he explained.
The kind cop had nothing but kind words for people who felt inadequate because of what their colleagues own.
Please don't stress yourself in this world we can't all be equal. Although we are paid the same salary, we have different responsibilities.
Sammy says people have different responsibilities
Some people were born in wealthy homes, so their salaries are just for having a good time. On the flip side, others are breadwinners where they come from and have to be frugal with their finances.
Some parents build houses for their kids, while some people don't even have a decent home in their compound; they have to build a home for their parents, and they build theirs later.
The same applies to cars; some families have always owned cars, but others have to start by buying a bicycle.
"In some homes, all siblings went to school smoothly while in others the first born has to pay school fees for their followers," said Ngare.
"Some parents got jobs for their kids so that they don't cause havoc in their homes, and others struggle to get jobs to take care of their kin. In some families, some parents are still together while in others there is just one parent who live in rentals and may need a home from their kids.Stop judging workmates who don't have what you have," said Ngare.
Needy Girl Ngare gets school fees
In September, Ngare was happy after his heartfelt appeal in 2019, which led to the public raising money to take Lilian Faith Ogoye to school.
Lilian's studied Human Resource Management at Mount Kenya University thanks to Ngare's help offered in 2019.
In September 2023, Lilian graduated and came back to thank Ngare for his efforts in helping her since primary school.
