Nairobi - Political analyst Herman Manyora has asked Wiper Democratic Movement party leader Kalonzo Musyoka to stop taking a leading role in the ongoing peace talks.
Who does Manyora want to lead Azimio's team?
In a tweet, Manyora said Kalonzo's current role as the team leader of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party delegates in bipartisan talks was dangerous for his political future.
According to the seasoned political analyst, the Bomas talks are a trap set by ODM leader Raila Odinga against the former vice president.

Manyora suggested that the Wiper leader relinquish his role to the National Assembly Minority leader Opiyo Wandayi whom he said was at the same level as Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung'wah, who is leading the Kenya Kwanza Alliance delegation.
"Kalonzo Musyoka, run, run. Run away from Bomas, and while outside, look inside, and you will see Raila Odinga delivering you to the slaughterhouse. Bomas is a trap. Abandon that position to Opiyo Wandayi, who’s at the Kimani Ichung'wah level. Thank me later with uki," Manyora said.
How Raila rates Kenya Kwanza, bipartisan team
Meanwhile, the former prime minister downplayed the experience of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance dialogue team.
Addressing residents of Emali town in Makueni county, the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party leader claimed that President William Ruto's side sent a weak team to the renewed bipartisan talks.
The former prime minister likened the Kenya Kwanza team led by National Assembly Majority leader Kimani Ichung'wah to a third-division squad selected to face a stronger first-choice team of the opposition coalition.
"We have now agreed to have talks, and our team is led by Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, that is Azimio's first 11. They brought us, third division team," the ODM leader said.
