"Before she went missing, we didn't have any disagreement with her. We were very much okay with her. The day before, I spent the whole day with her. She didn't show any signs of being stressed or having disagreements with anyone," he mother said.
The distressed mother further said that her daughter never told her about anything that was bothering her at that time.
Susan Wambui is an introvert
Wambui's brother described her as a reserved person.
"She is an introvert. Whenever she is in the house, she likes watching cartoons. So, we can't say that she is a person who likes partying. Even while in school, she likes coming home during the weekends. She comes on Fridays and then leaves on Monday morning or Sunday evening," he said.
Mumias family's call to action
He appealed to the authorities to do all they can to help the family trace their daughter.
"We have looked for her everywhere, the hospitals, mortuaries, and friends but we have not had any trace. Nothing is forthcoming from the data from her phone. So, all we are left with is hope," he added.
The devastated family members further said that they are hoping that wherever she is, she is alive and she is safe.
"We hope that she will be reunited with us as soon as possible," the family said.
