Murang'a - A woman has proudly confessed her unwavering love for her husband despite their challenges.
Sharing dilapidated house with goats
Mercy Wangechi said she still loved her husband, Peter Kamande, in good and bad times, even as they shared their house with goats.
Kamande, who broke his hand while working in the forest, noted they share their crumbling house with goats as the animals did not have a safe and secure shelter.

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, the Wangechi said she had already experienced much with her husband, yet their love withstood the test of time.
"I persevered because I chose to live with my husband just as he is. Our children are growing up, so there's no need to leave him," she said.
Family of 10 living in 29-year-old house
Kamande shared they had eight children but lived with only four of them as others were in school while others were married.
Their collapsing house, which was 29 years old, housed three goats as Kamande feared they could be stolen at night.
His wife firmly believed that their lives would change for the better in the future as long as they stuck together.
"We pray to God that things look up for us in future," she said.
Couple celebrate 35th anniversary
In another story, a man with disability was grateful to his wife for loving him for 35 years.
John Nangwahafi was indebted to his amazing wife, Budensiyana, who had stuck by him for over 30 years.
The 68-year-old man said his wife never gave up on him, always standing by him and offering him support.
The man with a disability said families and friends fought against their relationship, but they never gave in to their criticisms.
"God performed a great miracle to me for giving me a good wife. She has never given up on me," a delighted Nangwahafi told Afrimax English.
