Nairobi - Outspoken Jubilee Youth Chairman Advice Mundalo, who sits in the National Executive Committee of the former ruling party, has been elected as the Secretary General of Interparty Forum under the program of young politicians in Africa.
Mundalo was unanimously elected unopposed by leaders from the cross-section of political parties in Kenya Kwanza and Azimio to serve in the robust docket during the association's boot camp that brought together all the youth leaders from 9 Parliamentary parties.
Advice Mundalo: Why it matters
The new mandate comes with many responsibilities and expectations. The former Kenyatta University student leader will now be required to provide direction to the association that vibrant youth leaders from different political outfits dominate.

Reaching out to him for comment, Mundalo said:
"It is an honour that fellow young people find me fit to steer them forward, I will not only carry their aspirations, but I can assure a desired destiny."
Mundalo, who was part of the Azimio team in the run-up to 2022, has never shied away from criticising the Raila Odinga-led outfit over "poor management of internal affairs and critical matters of the coalition".
He has constantly accepted that they lacked proper coordination, which led to their loss.
Accept the reality and move on
On many occasions, he has argued that failure to recognise the presidency of William Ruto is burying heads in the sand and being naive to the current reality.
The Youth leader has been vocal in his stand against demonstrations with a view that they do not offer any practical solutions away from political expediency.
The politician, also a communication strategist, ran for the Senate seat in the 2022 election in Bungoma county.
Mundalo impressed by Rigathi Gachagua's village walks
The keen observer of leadership said he was impressed by the PR stunts being unleashed by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua's handlers.
"I am starting to love the PR team of Deputy President H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, EGH. For the second time, he has taken a walk and is as pedestrian as it may look," Mundalo posted.
The youthful politician said that such acts by Gachagua have a way of connecting him to the ordinary man.
