The man of God revealed his plans to begin the transition by acquiring two tents, one of which will serve as a temporary church while the other will house a restaurant.
This strategic move will ensure that congregants can continue to worship during the transformation process while also enjoying the convenience of on-site dining.
"I will soon buy two tents. One will be a temporary church, while the other will be a restaurant. Then I will demolish this church and build a church as a gift to God. A gift that no other pastor will afford to match.
We will erect a historic church here that will be of its kind. You will have all the facilities in the church. The restaurant will be inside here, and even the toilets," he said.
Ezekiel blesses ground for construction of brother's church
A few weeks ago, the preacher went to Kisii for the groundbreaking ceremony of a branch of his church.
The televangelist prayed and dedicated the ground ahead of the construction of a mega-church under the stewardship of his younger brother Gillack Odero.
Ezekiel said that as a spiritual father, he had to attend the groundbreaking ceremony, explaining that previously, the church was on a small piece of land.
"I came here for a service, a dedication service. This branch has been a certain place, but now they are relocating to another place. And as a spiritual father, it is my duty to come and bless the land and bless the peace of land where they are coming to put up in the new church. This one is a bit bigger than the other one; this one is over a 13-acre piece of land and that's why I am here," he said.
