Nairobi - A survey by Mzalendo Watch of how parliamentarians in both houses undertake their mandates has outlined inactivity in the chambers by a host of lawmakers.
Notable members from both the minority and majority sides have been singled out for being less involved in the business of the houses.
Most of them are known to be vocal on the streets and social media, resorting to keeping mum during debates and other plenary activities.
