Jaguar thanks Ruto for CAS appointment
On Thursday, March 23, TUKO.co.ke reported that Ruto appointed Jaguar as CAS Ministry of Youth Affairs, Arts and Sports under the leadership of Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba.
However, the High Court revoked the appointment of 50 chief administrative secretaries, terming it illegal.
Jaguar could not hide his elation after he was sworn in and vowed to serve Kenyans diligently.
