Musician Size 8 has sensationally revealed that she stole her neighbour's chicken because she was very hungry and they couldn't afford to buy food.

Size 8 Reborn uses maize to trap chicken

According to the musician, who is also an ordained minister, they were so poor that food was not a basic food in their home.

Their parents, who were devout Christians, had left them at home without any food because of the dire situation.

"In my family, food was not a basic need; that day we were hungry and we saw the chicken just roaming about freely," said the celebrity on Obinna Show Live.
"We trapped the chiken with some few maize seeds and when it was near us. My brothers and I covered it and ran to the house with it. We boiled it and ate it. Life was not easy; my brothers and I stole the chicken; our parents were not in on it since they were staunch Christians," she added.

Size 8 pays rent for family

While speaking on the show, the beauty also revealed that she started paying rent while still a very young girl.

"It was KSh 7600, we used to contribute with my sisters and pay the rent. I would pay KSh 6000, and my sisters would the remaining amount," said Size 8.

Then, the family used to live in Kariaobangi, and the remaining cash would be used for her fare to work.

"We also live in Ufaro (Maringo Estate) and my background was very poor. The reason why I like to be kind to people is because you don't know what they have been through," she said.
"One day we also unleashed dogs on Kenya Power personnel because they had come to disconnect our electricity and we didn't have money to pay for it," she said.

Size 8 was once cleaner at Calif Records

In another story, Size 8 had a hilarious interview with comedian Oga Obinna, where she disclosed some little-known facts about her life before Christ.

She disclosed that she lost her faith in God after she got a half scholarship to the UK, but her family could not come up with the money.

The singer also said that when she started doing music, she could not afford the fare, which necessitated her getting a job as a cleaner.
