Nairobi - The police are still investigating the gruesome murder of Starlet Wahu, a young sister to popular preacher Victor Kanyari.
Wahu was found dead hours after checking into an Airbnb apartment in South B, Papino, on January 3 with a man identified as John Matara.
The two had booked the place for a romantic getaway, but things took a tragic turn when Starlet was stabbed multiple times in her thighs by her lover.

Matara was later arrested at Mbagathi Hospital, where he had gone to seek medical attention.
What happened after Wahu's murder?
CCTV footage from inside the building has shed light on what might have transpired moments after Matara allegedly stabbed Wahu.
The main suspect was seen standing outside the building's lift, patiently waiting for it to open a few minutes past 10pm.
Matara, who had a white shawl wrapped around his neck, entered the elevator with other occupants.
From the footage, other occupants looked surprised after noticing blood dripping when Matara stepped out of the lift.
People kept looking at Matara, who by this time was also injured, in shock as he calmly walked outside the building without being questioned by security.
John Matara is under investigation for attempted murder
In a related development, another woman claimed to be a robbery victim of Wahu's alleged killer.
According to Citizen TV, Matara, who allegedly killed Starlet in an Airbnb, is under investigation for possible serial killings both in and outside Nairobi.
The police started following the trail after another victim reported an attempted murder by Matara at the Makadara Sub-county police headquarters.
In her report, the victim named her assailant as John Ong'oa Matara.
"He was trying to strangle me so much; that is why he left the marks behind," said the victim, showing healing scratch marks on her neck.
According to the victim, two of them started engaging on a dating site and finally met physically on December 29.
