She says she heard the sound of his Probox car being parked, went to greet him, and then woke up his wife to welcome him.
However, when they returned to the parking lot, they found that Nicolas had vanished, leaving behind his phone and shoes.
His friends, who had left on a motorbike, claimed they did not see him leave the compound and had no idea where he could have gone.
"It's five days now and we still haven't gotten any leads regarding his whereabouts," the heartbroken sister said.
Family in panic over disappearance
Vivian described her brother as a tall, slim man with short black hair and brown eyes. When he disappeared, he was wearing a pair of blue jeans trousers and a checked shirt.
"He didn't go with his phone because he left it at home when he left for Moim centre. He also went missing while bare feet," she continued.
Since the disappearance, family, relatives and residents of Chepkossom have been distressed as all search efforts have hit dead ends.
His parents, wife and children are in a panic and requesting whoever may have information on their missing kin reach out.
"We are asking for prayers and support from the public as we keep our hopes high that he will walk through the gates into our arms," she concluded.
The family can be reached through sister Vivian at +254724553964 or Alfred Kiplagat at +254721629146.
