KSh221 million Sportpesa Mega Jackpot winner Samuel Abisai is on a crusade to give back.

How did Samuel Abisai give back?

Abisai has, since September 2023, been quietly bestowing generous gifts on his neighbours in his Lugari backyard in Kakamega County.

He, alongside friends and well-wishers, has been making door-to-door deliveries of gift bags full of household items.

On Wednesday, January 3, Abisai shared a photo of him making a delivery even after the festive season drew to a close.

"New Year goodies to every doorstep,” he captioned the photo.

During a similar rendezvous in September, he posted that he intended to deliver goodies to every home in Lugari.

"We are returning to Lugari this Christmas. I know things are tough, but I promise every Lugari resident will celebrate Christmas.
Thanks to everyone who supported me last year," he wrote.

Videos taken during the donation drive captured him loading his Toyota Prado TX with at least 30 bags destined for homes in Lugari.

Kenyans reacted by saying:

Daniel Anyuga:

"Good job, bro; giving back to society is the best gift ever you can give to your people."

Francis Mungania:

"Wonderful, bro; keep up the good work."

Cheru Kenkips:

"Nice move. I hope this will be bigger and better."

Rose Jebet:

"God bless you, sir, for the wonderful work."

Will Abisai buy KICC?

The multimillionaire recently expressed interest in bidding to buy the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).

Abisai shared his excitement about forming a consortium to buy KICC in a Facebook post. He said serious investors should contact him for a quick and uncomplicated purchase of the parastatal, estimated to be worth KSh 7 billion.

He observed that the KICC is a potential investment opportunity for interested parties.

Abisai has invested in real estate and owns several properties, including a multimillion home in Lavington and a lucrative pig farm in Kakamega.
