American actress and singer Halle Bailey has announced the birth of her first child with her boyfriend, rapper DDG, aka Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.
Halle Bailey hides pregnancy
The Little Mermaid star had her fans on edge for the better part of 2023, with rumours that she was pregnant.
This was compounded by the fact that she suddenly switched to wearing baggy clothes instead of her usual body-fitting outfits.

Moreover, her tummy and supposed baby bump were out of view in most photographs of her in 2023.
However, Halle did not address the rumours until her latest Instagram post, where she gave her fans a sweet surprise.
Halle Bailey introduces Halo
The singer shared a photo showing her holding a baby's hand. The tiny hand on a bracelet was engaged with the word Halo, the baby's name.
"Even though we're a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me was bring me my son.. welcome to the world, my Halo. The world is desperate to know you," she captioned the picture.
Similarly, DDG, Halo's father, confirmed the joyful news on his Instagram.
"My biggest blessing by far son son.. never been so in love, baby halo," he wrote.
