Gospel singer Justina Syokau has opened up about closing her shop where she made designer clothes.

Why Justina Syokau closed clothing store

In a trending TikTok video, the Twendi Twendi hitmaker, who was in a tussle with a fellow gospel singer, said she closed her shop because of being depressed.

"I'm not a tailor; I design clothes. I sell clothes at KSh 70,000, 30,000. Na nilifunga duka juu ya depression, juu wale watu ambao wanapaswa kunicelebrate ndio wananitoanisha, na ndio wanaingilia mafundi wangu. Wanaingilia fundi wana wanawaambia usishone juu walikuwa wanaona flow ya kazi ilikuwa, (I closed my shop because of depression because the people who were supposed to celebrate me were the same people condemning me. They threw shade at my tailors and telling them to stop tailoring because they saw the crazy work flow)," she said.
