In the article, we reported that a woman identified as A.N.N filed for a divorce from her husband of seven years, Mr. Nicodemus Vilembwa Namusei, over denial of conjugal rights and other irreconcilable differences.
We would like to mention that in this case it is Mr. Nicodemus Vilembwa Namusei who filed for a divorce on grounds that included, among other things, denial of conjugal rights by his wife.
We would also like to add that both parties had claims against each other and equally sought the dissolution of their marriage.
