Kenya - Looking for a life partner can be a very dicey endeavour, and many have confessed to getting so frustrated that they settle for anyone as long as they are breathing.
African men should lead
Popular TikToker Good Joseph has come to the rescue of women who are at a loss when looking for the ideal man to marry them.
In a candid video, he shared five attributes a lady should look at when looking for a wife to marry, and the first one was a man with a vision.

"The man should lead, and as Africans, the principle remains that the husband should not only lead physically but in everything," Good Joseph told TUKO.co.ke in an interview.
"I understand that in some houses, some men regard women as partners and not helpers; they make them pay 50-50 of their expenses. I subscribe to the notion that I should not even ask her what she earns or make her get involved in the execution of my budget," he added.
Joseph says choose fit men
"Another quality is the ability to say no, which should be to his parents, you or anybody along, as it goes against his principles," he advised.
Joseph also urged people to marry people in good shape, which means they are disciplined.
"Sometimes you meet someone whose body is too heavy for them; how will they handle you? Your man should be in shape to protect you," he said.
When looking for a man to marry, one should also look for an independent thinker and decision-maker.
Since God started marriage, women should also go for men who fear God.
"Leave counsellors alone, you should go to God because you are entering into something that came from Him," he said.
Marry career women, says presenter
In another story, radio presenter Chito Ndlovu sparked a lively conversation with his recent statement, evoking mixed reactions from the public.
His bold stance challenged the conventional notion of marriage by urging men to consider partnering with career women who possess financial independence.
In a Let's Be Real panel on YouTube, it emerged that in an era where gender roles are evolving, he recognised the immense value that career women bring to relationships.
