Is William Ruto's Lexus up for sale?
On Monday, August 21, the car dealer posted a photo of a black Lexus LX570 in a Facebook group.

"Bring your offers," the photo was captioned, accompanied by laughing emojis.
However, keen Kenyans noted that the Lexus belonged to President William Ruto.
Ruto used the iconic vehicle to cross the country for years while hunting for votes. The vehicle’s interior trim and additional technological and performance features set it apart from a Toyota.
The LX570 is quite pricey, with the 2015 model costing over KSh 18 million. The price increases in subsequent years, with the 2018 model worth over KSh 22 million. However, the vehicle's value can easily surpass KSh 35 million with armouring.
Kenyans were tickled by the mock ad and reacted by writing:
Eutychus Gachie:
“You should point out the vehicle’s mileage.”
Chriska Muriithi:
“We know the mileage is almost a million kilometres.”
Samson Kagwa:
“This vehicle belongs to our president.”
Nashon Berhtone;
“You just sell the hustler’s vehicle. You have no idea how much he loves it.”
Samuel Ondiba Justo:
“You are selling the president’s vehicle. Where will you get the logbook?”
Nesbitt Khang'ayi Ashiono:
“The viewing is at State House, Nairobi.”
Eddy Nyaga:
“A Subaru will pick you up.”
Bernard Macharia:
“Let me read comments, I don’t want issues.”
