Nairobi - Former Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) secretary-general Wilson Sossion has tickled Kenyans after confirming that he recently underwent a forehead corrective surgery.
Taking to his official social media pages, Sossion hilariously suggested that his new look would deal a big blow to cartoonists.
Sossion revealed that one morning after a TV talk show, a medical doctor from Kenyatta National Hospital Paul Kirui asked him to see him at the medical facility over what he termed a special matter.
"I found him with Ferdinand Nakole, a reconstructive and plastic surgery surgeon. They advised me to have fat tissue on my forehead removed which they did yesterday with precision through a surgery lasting 15 minutes," Sossion said.

Why Wilson Sossion celebrates Kenyan medics
Sossion further said that he celebrates Kenyan doctors and medics wherever they are in Kenya.
"They are the finest doctors in the world. Our education has produced the best doctors we can be proud of. Medical tourism is the next big thing in Kenya! Cartoonists, you will have nothing to draw on my forehead anymore," Sossion added.
Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported that Sossion, a Tourism Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) appointee criticised Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party leader Raila Odinga for the anti-government demonstrations.
During an interview on K24 TV, Sossion called for criminalising all anti-government demonstrations organised by the opposition.
According to Sossion, protests by the opposition have always led to the loss of lives and the destruction of properties, something he said organisers should take responsibility for.
Azimio's anti-gov't protests
The former KNUT secretary-general argued that protests led by the former prime minister added no value to the country.
"From tomorrow, all these demonstrations should be criminalised because they are not adding any value to the country. Those aren't demonstrations; they are criminal activities," said Sossion.
Sossion further defended the government against the high cost of living, saying former president Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila should be blamed.
