According to New York Post, the pregnancy-loving mum said she fell in love with pregnancy when she had her first son, Tyson, in 2017.
“I really love everything about pregnancy. I enjoy having a baby bump, going to doctors’ appointments, feeling baby kicks,” she said.
She noted that people misunderstand surrogate mothers stating most of them are not in it for the money.
“The money as being a bonus to changing a family’s life in a priceless way,” she noted.
Yessenia Latorre lost pregnancy
Latorre disclosed that she got pregnant shortly after in 2018 but lost the baby after five weeks.
She noted that the painful experience inspired her to become a surrogate for others who struggle to have children of their own.
"I was devastated. It changed my life forever; I was so alone. I was so hopeless, but at the same time, I felt grateful to even have one child because so many people cannot conceive,” she said.
Latorre shares her pregnancy journey on TikTok.
Nairobi surrogate mum for gay couple
On Tuesday, March 28, TUKO.co.ke reported that a single mum shared her nasty experience as a surrogate to a gay couple.
The mother of two painfully shared the gay couple terminated the process when she was seven months pregnant.
Susan Kuria, who dropped out of Form Two, was at her wit's end when she was presented with the idea of surrogacy.
Kuria was at Alsops and in deep thought about her life as a mother of two and her unsuccessful marriage when a Toyota Fielder approached her.
The driver, accompanied by a woman, kindly offered her a lift to town, and she accepted the offer.
During the car ride, they discussed an idea with Kuria, which she eventually agreed to. Without wasting time, they drove straight to the hospital.
"We started the process the same day. After two weeks, the embryo was implanted," she said.
When she was six months pregnant, she travelled to Laos, the home country of the gay couple, where she would deliver the baby. However, she was ordered to terminate it.
All was well until the seventh month when, one day, one of the lovers returned him looking disturbed.
"He woke me up, and he was in a hurry. We drove for two hours before he stopped the car and asked the person (with us) to drive us. Then he turned to me and told me we couldn't keep the baby," she narrated, disclosing the guy's family was against her because she was African.
