A Kenyan TikToker using the handle @savage_Laurah has inspired people with questions after showcasing how she moved from a KSh 2,500 room to a house where she pays over KSh 100,000 monthly rent.
The mother of one shared a video on her TikTok page showing where she initially lived. In the video, she showed tiny, rugged homes in a slum.
She passed the homes and took a moment to pause before showing her current house.

The spacious living room also has a well-designed brown couch and a brown coffee glass in the middle.
Laurah also gave a glimpse of what her bedroom looked like and her huge queen size bed has a big teddy bear lying on the pillow.
Next to the bed is a huge lioness art that has been mounted on the yellow wall. The bedroom also has a couch next to the window and huge white closets next to the wall.
On the corridors of the house, she has placed various types of art to complement the soft grey tiles and white walls.
"Like a dream I'm living in. God is good. From paying KSh 2500 for rent to KSh 100,000 plus. I'm really grateful," she wrote on her TikTok page.
