Uhuru's Jubilee side accuses Sabina faction of taking party's cash
Elsewhere, the infighting in the larger Jubilee Party escalated, with one faction now accusing the other of money theft.
The Jeremiah Kioni faction accused Sabina and her team of flouting the court by going ahead with the meetings.
"We note with disappointment that in their last kicks, the Jubilee Party coup plotters still continue to mislead our elected leaders and our members. The group led by one Sabina Chege who has never been an official of the party and one Kanini are currently holding a meeting at Safari Park hotel convened against our party constitution and in contempt of multiple court orders," the party lamented.
The party claimed they were robbed of KSh 90 million that was procedurally obtained from the accounts.
The monies, according to the account of the aggrieved side, were shared between the Sabina loyalists without any tangible use.
