Sharing his story with TUKO.co.ke, he said,

"I lost hope when I lasted for ten years without securing any slot in government employment."

Seeking assistance from influential figures, Juma implored,

"I pleaded for you to help me get CEO Nancy Macharia to try me, even in a starting school since I have a good record of performance."

The aspiring teacher believes that, given the opportunity, he can positively impact Kenyan children's lives and contribute to the country's educational goals.

Expressing his passion for teaching and the desire to make a difference as a government employee, Juma said,

Juma is losing hope in being employed

"Working for the government to achieve the goals of the country like education for all, impart knowledge and skills to Kenyan child, and support to acquire positive values among Kenyan child."

Despite his competence and dedication, the doors of government employment have remained closed to him.

Juma's story reflects the challenges faced by many aspiring educators who find themselves caught in a cycle of unemployment despite their qualifications.

With his dreams of serving the nation's youth slipping away, he pleaded for compassion, saying,

"At least have mercy on me and employ me somewhere. Am getting too old to enjoy the fruits of this country."

As the years pass by, Juma's optimism wanes, and he continues to hold onto the hope that someone will take notice of his plight and extend a helping hand.

He remains hopeful that his plea will be heard and that he will finally get the opportunity to utilize his skills in moulding young minds, contributing to the nation's progress, and making a meaningful impact on society.

For now, Juma's determination remains unyielding.
