Kisii - Outspoken political fanatic to the president Cosmas Monari landed in Kenya recently after close to five years of missing at home.
The man who works and resides in the United States (US) lost his mother a few months back and would not travel back to attend her send-off.
Cosmo Choy mourns his mother
At some point, Monari, commonly known as Cosmo Choy, claimed his political nemesis had plotted evil against him, pointing to that as why he would not fly.

However, he ultimately landed, and despite the many months that passed after his mother's death, he still found it rational to mourn her.
The father of eight was filmed on Tuesday, August 22, crying on the tomb under which his mother's remains lie.
Choy wept as he intoned dirges using his vernacular in honour of the deceased.
Choy has courted controversy over the years since he came into the limelight.
Cosmo Choy with controversy
A one-time Raila Odinga supporter, the man became a top fanatic in President William Ruto's fold, and advanced his presidential campaign in the last year's vote.
At one point, Choy irked a considerable chunk of social media users when he published a video in which he had pronounced unprintable diatribes against Mama Ngina Kenyatta, the mother of former president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Choy would later apologise to Mama Ngina after his video elicited not-so-good reactions.
While in the US, the political fanatic has always weighed in on the events in the country.
He recently came out to fault Ruto for not living up to the promises with which he sought the presidency.
He is on record vouching for a Ruto presidency which he said would be opportune to the advantage of ordinary Kenyans.
However, now close to a year into Ruto's tenure, Choy concluded there was nothing to write home about.
Ruto called out by his top fanatic
He based his argument on the constantly deteriorating value of the Kenyan currency juxtaposed with the US dollar.
Choy observed that since Uhuru's exit from office, things were changing for the worse.
"I was among the people that drummed support for this government, but I must say it when things are not going well...For instance, the shilling loses against the dollar every day. The situation has been worsening since Uhuru left. We are not headed in the right direction," he said.
The vocal politics fanatic further faulted the government for shunning austerity measures at a time the economy is doing dismally.
"There is a lot of money which is being misused. Many Kenyans are sleeping hungry when lawmakers are given millions each for their vehicles and houses. We must cut on our expenditure," he said.
He asked the president to scale down the globetrotting witnessed in government lately.
According to Choy, the travels have not yet given returns, yet the taxpayer's money continues to be 'dissipated' in the guise of funding the trips.
