A section of female TikTokers, among them Kenyans, have slammed a Ugandan woman for kneeling while greeting a man believed to be her husband.

Is kneeling before your man a sign of respect?

In the videos shared on TikTok by a TikToker, identified as Ronniealive250, a man could be heard in the background telling a beautiful woman kneeling before him to do that every time he comes home.

"The real African woman. From today henceforth, whenever you come to greet me, do it while kneeling," he said.

In another video, he called the woman; she came and knelt while greeting him and asked her to bring him food.

When she returned with food and put it on the table without kneeling, he told her to take it back to the kitchen and serve him while kneeling, which she did.

"Can never be me!"
