Initially, the land was just bare with greyish soil, and the professor was seen comfortably walking around it.

"18 months ago, we only had a wasteland and a dream," said Omenya.
Omenya's pavilion offers great view
The grand house is a white-and-black affair with a box roof, large windows, and glass doors for natural light to beam through, as well as offer breathtaking views.
Just a few metres from the architectural marvel stands a great pavilion that is still under construction. A cement path connects to the main house.
The walkway, kitted with beautiful side lights, leads to the ample gazebo that, once completed, would give the scholar a quiet place to sip on a cold drink, read his books, and enjoy the scenic view of his expansive compound.
There are trees around the house, and apart from supplying fresh air, they will also enhance the privacy of the home. While the lawns are still being groomed, it's only a matter of months before the grounds transform into a verdant oasis.
